I'm not sure I've ever seen anything quite so funny as twenty lesbians in a circle doing the Merengue basic step and falling over a lot. As you may have gathered, I had my first dancing class last night, and it was really good fun. I discovered once again that I have no co-ordination whatsoever, but my partners were very obliging. Like bujinkan, I was by far the youngest there, but it was all very friendly and comfortable. Cool people. Shane didn't turn up though, which made me infinitely sad. Apparently she had a hairdressing job.
