I'll be reading Rupert McCall's The Crocodiles are Crying as a tribute to Steve Irwin at the Queensland Australian of the Year ceremony, tomorrow in the city.

I wonder if the Queenslander of the year rolled all the way to Canberra (land of fireworks and porn!) or sponsored a record number of World Vision kids...
